A Lutron MyRoom guestroom-control installation for the Park Hyatt (Winston) in Rosebank — lighting, motorised curtains, climate and scenes in one intuitive system.

We were proud to deliver a Lutron MyRoom guestroom control solution for the Park Hyatt Hotel, creating an intuitive and luxurious environment that enhances the guest experience while improving operational efficiency.

Each guestroom uses Lutron’s MyRoom platform, seamlessly integrating lighting, motorised curtains, climate control and personalised room scenes into a single system. Elegant keypads let guests effortlessly set the right atmosphere for relaxation, work or rest.

The project incorporated Lutron Alena motorised curtain tracks for smooth, quiet operation — enhancing privacy, managing natural daylight and complementing the hotel’s interiors, working in harmony with the lighting and climate systems.

Occupancy-based automation reduces energy consumption by intelligently managing lighting, curtains and climate when rooms are unoccupied — improving efficiency without compromising guest comfort.
