Kalahari Dunes

Residential · Kalahari

A contemporary desert home in the Kalahari — wrapped in glass and warm timber, opening to the dunes on every side. DLSS layered the lighting and automated the shading so the house moves with the desert light: open and bright by day, a low warm glow at dusk, and quiet blackout for the night.
